Important Notes

  • No Size Exchanges
    We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes. Please check our size chart carefully before making a purchase.
  • Video Proof Required
    Every order goes through a double quality check before dispatch. In case of any damage, please record a video while unboxing the parcel. This is required for return approval.

Return Eligibility : Damaged Products Only

If your product arrives damaged:

  1. Photos of the damage
  2. A clear unboxing video
  3. A brief description of the issue

Once verified and approved, we will arrange a free exchange for the same item.

Non-Damaged Products

  • Returns or exchanges for reasons like wrong size, change of mind, or dislike of fit will not be accepted.
  • All sales are final unless the item is received in a damaged condition.

Exchange Process (For Approved Damaged Items)

  • Once your return request is approved, we will dispatch a replacement product at no extra cost.

  • Please make sure to report the issue and send all required details within 2 days of receiving your order.
